How will I communicate with driver on travel days?
Your confirmation will be sent to you via email and text. In the text confirmation, you'll receive the driver's name, vehicle information, and phone number. The driver is also included in the text message thread, so to communicate with them, simply reply to that text.
What should I do if my flight is delayed or changes?
First, don’t worry — we’re committed to getting you to and from the airport, no matter what challenges the day may bring.

If your flight is delayed or your itinerary changes, simply reply to your confirmation text thread to notify both your driver and dispatcher.

We’re usually able to accommodate these changes and keep you with your original driver. In the rare event that we cannot, we’ll assign another available driver who can meet your updated schedule.
How will I pay for my shuttle?
Suncoast accepts cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
If you'd like to pay by credit card, please let us know prior to your shuttle so we can collect your card information and add it to your customer profile.
Tipping is always appreciated but completely at your discretion. You can include a tip with any form of payment—just let your driver know directly or reply to your confirmation text to specify the amount.
Do you have carseats?
Suncoast offers booster seats to help make travel with your little ones easier and more convenient.

If you need to travel with your own car seat, just let us know in advance. We’ll make sure to arrive early so we can install it safely before your trip.
